Cider Vinegar and Sea Salt is the flavour that gets reordered. The vinegar is softer than a supermarket salt and vinegar and the crisp underneath is thicker. Rosemary and Thyme is the other potato one, and it tastes more herbal than most crisps dare to.
There are two stone ground white corn tortilla chips as well. One is plain Salted. The other is Cheeza-Peno, which brings cheese and jalapeno together. 99.
Small batches mean the bags are not identical. Some crisps come out pale and some come out dark, and a few are folded over. That is a sign of hand cooking rather than a fault.
This is a small Nelson producer rather than a national brand, so it does not turn up abroad at all.
