After that it is baking. Edmonds Baking Powder is the product the company was built on. There is Baking Soda, Fielder’s Cornflour, Wheat Bran and Wheat Germ. Three yeasts: All Purpose Active, Instant Dry and the Surebake mixture. Gluten free bakers get Plain Flour and Self Raising Flour. The mixes run to Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies, Classic Moist Chocolate Cake, Rich Chocolate Cake and Classic Golden Butter Cake.
